These terms and conditions outlined below in regards to the use of this site caroline-aesthetics.com are to ensure you understand and agree to the use of this site, if you do not agree please do not continue to use it(‘this site”). If you continue to use the site it is understood that you have agreed to the terms and conditions.

www.caroline-aesthetics.com is a site operated by Caroline Aesthetics Ltd. Registered in England and Wales under company number 13999484 and have our registered office at 8 Bransby Road, Kingstone Upon Thames, KT9 2LA.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

For all treatments a booking should be made directly through contacting us, we will arrange a time and date that suits to ensure any pre consultations and patch tests are included where required. A 20% deposit payment will be taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment which is redeemable against your treatment.

If you need to cancel your appointment at the salon, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit payment. If you cancel, outside of the 48 hours, please contact us and we can arrange for your deposit to be refunded back to you, otherwise you can rearrange your appointment for another time.

For any no show appointments, where you have not contacted us for a suitable reason that you cannot attend your appointment that day, your card will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

We do understand that changes to people’s schedule can happen very last minute, and we can assure you that we will always be as flexible and understanding as possible under these circumstances.

GIFT CARDS

All gift cards are valid for 6 months only and are non-refundable.

VALUABLES

Always ensure that you retrieve all your valuables from the treatment room before leaving the premises. We cannot be held responsible for lost items.
